Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • Voluntary Benefits subject matter experience required
  • Strong voluntary benefits product, process and market knowledge, including supplemental health, ID Theft Protection, Legal, Auto/Home, Discount, Purchasing Programs, Pet Insurance, and Life with LTC
  • 5+ years’ experience as a Consultant with background in Client Management (Large Clients) or Sales (Large Clients)
  • Strong financial and business acumen
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple conflicting priorities to meet or exceed deadlines
  • Current Life/Health License or ability to obtain within 6 months of hire
  • Strong collaboration and team-focused skills
  • Demonstrated success working with C-Suite Executives
  • Demonstrated success in expanding and retaining client relationships
  • Ability to support Large Market Clients
