About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage a portfolio of large/jumbo client accounts with 5,000+ employees
- Ensure strong client satisfaction and resolve escalated issues effectively
- Drive revenue growth by building trusted relationships and identifying new business opportunities
- Maintain business development tracking, including lead management, activity follow-up, and pipeline progress
- Partner across Marsh teams and business lines to develop tailored client solutions
- Collaborate with Marsh consultants and thought leaders to develop strategic growth plans
- Engage senior leaders at client and prospect organizations
- Use AI and technology-enabled tools
- Work with Pacific Northwest clients and top-tier consulting talent across Marsh Practices
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree
- 10+ years of experience in a consulting environment, with demonstrated success in client management
- Strong project management, financial acumen, and communication skills
- Ability to understand and respond to client business needs, priorities, and industry dynamics
- Experience consulting or selling Health & Welfare, Investment & Retirement, or Workforce Rewards solutions to large corporate or institutional clients
- Experience engaging with senior executives across HR, Finance, and IT sectors
- Proven ability to build and expand senior stakeholder relationships
- Strong business acumen and a proactive approach to problem-solving and solution architecture
