About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead workstreams on client engagements, structuring analyses and developing actionable recommendations
  • Frame hypotheses, identify key business questions, and direct quantitative and qualitative research
  • Apply structured problem-solving and analytical thinking to complex business issues
  • Develop client deliverables including presentations, analyses, workshops, models, and discussions
  • Work across industries and capabilities, with opportunities to specialize or explore different areas
  • Travel within the home market and internationally as needed
  • Manage and coach junior team members
  • Build trusted client relationships through communication and stakeholder management

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3+ years of relevant experience in a top-tier strategy consulting firm
  • Experience serving clients within Banking and Financial Services, Finance and Risk, Restructuring, Insurance, or Logistics is highly advantageous
  • Undergraduate or advanced degree in STEM, Finance, Economics, or a related quantitative discipline from a leading university
  • Outstanding analytical and quantitative problem-solving capabilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated experience working collaboratively in cross-functional, fast-paced environments
  • Proven ability to deliver results under pressure while managing multiple priorities
  • Fluent business English and another Scandinavian language
  • Willingness to travel internationally as client needs require
  • Data analytics, advanced quantitative modelling, or data science capabilities are nice to have
  • CFA or equivalent professional certification is nice to have
  • MBA or Master's degree from a top-tier university is nice to have
