Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Significant experience in executive compensation consulting

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, or a related field
  • Track record of driving sales and maintaining a book of business
  • Advanced degree (e.g., MBA) or relevant certifications (e.g., CCP) and strong quantitative and analytical skills
  • Demonstrated ability to mentor junior staff and collaborate effectively across multiple Marsh office teams
