About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Structure complex business problems and develop analytical approaches
- Conduct and oversee research, interviews, surveys, and quantitative analyses
- Synthesize findings into actionable insights and recommendations
- Develop client-ready presentations and communications
- Lead project workstreams and manage deliverables, timelines, and quality
- Collaborate with clients and project teams to drive alignment and outcomes
- Support implementation and help clients translate recommendations into action
- Coach and support junior team members
- Contribute to practice development, intellectual capital, and knowledge-building initiatives
- Work across industries and capabilities as a generalist consultant
Requirements
What you’ll need- 2–4 years of relevant strategy consulting experience
- Demonstrated experience leading projects or significant workstreams within a strategy consulting firm
- Strong quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong client and stakeholder management capabilities
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively in team-based environments
- Unrestricted U.S. work authorization required
