Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3+ years of relevant experience in a top-tier strategy consulting firm
  • Experience serving clients within Banking and Financial Services, Finance and Risk, Restructuring, Insurance, or Logistics highly advantageous
  • Undergraduate or advanced degree in STEM, Finance, Economics, or a related quantitative discipline from a leading university
  • Outstanding analytical and quantitative problem-solving capabilities
  • Ability to structure ambiguous business problems
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills across different audiences and seniority levels
  • Demonstrated experience working collaboratively in cross-functional, fast-paced environments
  • Proven ability to deliver results under pressure while managing multiple priorities
  • Fluent business English and another Scandinavian language
  • Willingness to travel internationally as client needs require
  • Data analytics, advanced quantitative modelling, or data science capabilities nice to have
  • CFA or equivalent professional certification nice to have
  • MBA or Master's degree from a top-tier university nice to have
