Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
  • Significant experience in product marketing, go-to-market strategy, integrated marketing, or a related discipline
  • Proven ability to develop product positioning, messaging, and sales enablement materials that drive business results
  • Experience partnering cross-functionally with sales, product, operations, and senior leadership
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate market and performance data into actionable marketing strategy
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, matrixed environment
  • Experience in insurance, insurtech, financial services, or a related B2B industry
  • Familiarity with broker and insured audiences and market dynamics
  • Experience supporting global or multi-regional go-to-market initiatives
  • Experience leading thought leadership and external visibility programs
