Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3+ years of experience in sales support, operations, or a related administrative role
  • Proficient in performing detailed resume reviews and creating concise candidate shortlists
  • Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail and time management
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a high sense of urgency
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and communicate effectively with diverse teams
  • Experience using SmartSheet and/or CRM systems is a plus, but not required
  • 1–3 years of experience in analytic reporting or data management is a plus, but not required
  • Skilled in targeted candidate sourcing using multiple platforms and internal talent pools is a plus, but not required
  • Experience managing end-to-end onboarding processes for 1099 contractors with strict adherence to timelines is a plus, but not required
  • Familiarity with contractor onboarding and payment processes is a plus, but not required
  • Knowledge of recruitment and selection best practices, including compliance with employment laws, is a plus, but not required
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment is a plus, but not required
