  • Manage projects
  • Associate Team Leaders and Team Leaders typically work on one project at a time; Directors typically work on two smaller assignments or one large, more complex assignment
  • Develop hypotheses, manage data collection, create models and analyses, conduct primary and secondary research, creatively tackle information limitations, surface insights, and oversee analysts’ work
  • Use Partners and the internal network to provide technical and senior-level steer to projects
  • Work with clients to complete project deliverables to a high standard
  • Maintain team energy and positive work-life balance
  • Coach Oliver Wyman and client team members to develop their skills

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a quantitative discipline; ideally Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, Computer Science, Informatics, Data Science, or Engineering
  • Strong analysis, documentation, and communication skills
  • Experience using advanced analytics and data manipulation software: R, Python, SAS, SQL, or SPSS
  • Ability to work effectively and collaboratively in a team
  • Ability to work independently under limited supervision and respect defined timelines
  • Ability to present results, potential issues, and implications effectively
  • Excellent command of English, verbal and written
  • Ability to manage demanding work volume and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to maintain and respect confidentiality
  • Willingness to travel regularly
  • Unrestricted U.S. work authorization required
  • Associate Team Leader: at least 3 years of previous working experience in specialised consulting firms, top tier banking, or financial institutions
  • Team Leader: at least 5 years of previous working experience in specialised consulting firms, top tier banking, or financial institutions
  • Director: at least 8 years of previous working experience in specialised consulting firms, top tier banking, or financial institutions
