About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Partner with stakeholders across Mercer Wealth to understand priorities and translate needs into product direction, focused on retirement
Engage executive stakeholders to understand business drivers and value propositions and shape transformation solutions
Lead end-to-end product delivery from initiation through launch, aligned with timelines, budget, and quality expectations
Coordinate delivery across vendor and in-house technology solutions
Improve operational effectiveness by helping define support models, optimise processes, and address operational challenges in a client-facing environment
Operate across Agile and traditional delivery approaches using appropriate tools and practices
Work in a hybrid setting with at least three days per week in the office or onsite with clients

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Finance, Business Administration) or equivalent experience
Experience in pensions administration or actuarial systems
Demonstrated technology product management experience, including business analysis, stakeholder engagement, and delivery leadership
Experience delivering technology initiatives involving both vendor and internal teams, including AI and/or data science-enabled solutions
Strong written and verbal communication skills, including explaining technical topics to non-technical audiences and senior leaders
Ability to operate with autonomy while collaborating across a globally distributed team
Strong organisation and time management
Background in pensions and strong understanding of retirement and/or pension administration environment
Experience in technology, project, or transformation roles in a regulated or client-facing setting
Certifications in product management, project management, and/or Agile disciplines are a plus
Ability to work in the local office or onsite with clients at least three days per week
