About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Undertake valuations of varying types of properties for differing purposes
- Work across multiple projects to meet deadlines while managing time effectively
- Travel intrastate, nationally and internationally for key client commitments
- Manage key client relationships
- Provide expert advice to clients on project approaches, methodology, and tools for valuation programs and initiatives
- Develop and execute strategies to expand client relationships and grow the portfolio
- Undertake valuations across WA and the Pacific region for a range of purposes
Requirements
What you’ll need- AAPI with CPV qualification
- Experience in performing valuations
- Experience with insurance and financial reporting valuations would be well regarded
- Experience in project management
- Availability to travel both nationally and internationally
- Appropriate approval to work in Australia
- Successful applicants must complete a Criminal & Bankruptcy check prior to commencement of employment
