About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide technical advisory support to mid-sized industrial clients with annual revenues exceeding €25 million across liability insurance lines
- Take responsibility for the Claims and Operations functions, with a focus on internal office-based work (70%)
- Manage international insurance programs
- Participate in annual client review meetings and claims discussions
- Conduct contract analyses and review client contracts for insurance-law-specific considerations
- Lead renewal negotiations and conduct tender processes
- Carry out risk analyses and develop insurance concepts for new clients
Requirements
What you’ll need- Completed training as an insurance clerk with relevant professional experience in employers’ and product liability insurance at an industrial insurance broker or insurer (operations or claims), or a completed degree as a fully qualified lawyer or commercial lawyer
- Strong assertiveness, persuasion, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team
- Initiative and a proactive approach
- Customer-focused mindset and approach
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
