Requirements
What you’ll need- Completed vocational training as an Insurance and Finance Services Clerk
- Ideally, further qualification as an Insurance Specialist or equivalent qualification
- Professional experience, preferably in commercial and personal lines, at a brokerage or insurance company in an internal sales or office-based role
- Knowledge of personal insurance
- Good knowledge of insurance products and policy terms and conditions
- Commitment, team spirit, and a strong sense of responsibility
- Eagerness to learn and willingness to pursue continuous professional development
- Careful and thorough working style
- Strong customer and service orientation
