About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide specialist support to industrial clients in the liability insurance line
Advise national and international clients on all contractual and technical matters in close cooperation with the international team abroad
Review existing policies and analyze the current risk situation
Place and renew insurance contracts and programs
Correspond and negotiate with clients, insurers, and other partners
Actively support sales through client-specific tenders and the development of customized insurance solutions
Process and coordinate claims

Requirements

What you’ll need

Completed vocational training as an Insurance and Finance Clerk (m/f/d) or a comparable degree
In-depth knowledge of liability insurance
Good knowledge of insurance products and market terms and conditions
Friendly and confident manner
Strong analytical skills, persuasiveness, and reliability
Customer orientation, excellent communication skills, and ability to work in a team
