About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide evidence-based virtual therapy to adult healthcare workers
Deliver confidential teletherapy sessions via Marvin’s HIPAA-compliant Zoom platform to doctors, nurses, and healthcare professionals
Use evidence-based practices including CBT, DBT, ACT, IFS, EMDR, or Gottman Method
Complete biopsychosocial assessments, diagnoses, treatment plans, and progress notes in the EHR
Use measurement-based tools such as PHQ-9 and GAD-7 to monitor progress and improve outcomes
Schedule an exploratory video call with a Talent Acquisition partner as the next application step

Requirements

What you’ll need

Independent licensure in South Carolina as an LMFT, LPC, LISW-CP, or Licensed Psychologist
Minimum of 2 years of post-licensure experience providing therapy to adults
Experience providing therapy to healthcare professionals, mental healthcare workers, and/or first responders
Availability for at least 10–15 hours per week
Comfort delivering therapy via video platforms, using EHRs, digital scheduling tools, and Google Workspace
Ability to incorporate assessment and measurement-based tools such as PHQ-9 to monitor progress and improve treatment outcomes
Experience utilizing evidence-based practices such as CBT, DBT, ACT, IFS, EMDR, or Gottman Method
Commitment to practicing cultural humility and patient-centered care
