About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide high-quality HR advice and sound judgement across a broad range of people matters
- Manage and advise on employee relations cases, supporting fair, consistent and values-led outcomes
- Support development and consistent application of People & Culture policies and processes aligned with UK employment legislation and best practice
- Champion employee wellbeing and support effective people management in a remote-first environment
- Contribute to People & Culture projects, performance processes, people reporting and HR training delivery
- Support end-to-end recruitment with the Head of Recruitment and hiring managers
- Provide People & Culture support and guidance across MMI and its global network
- Build relationships across the international network and contribute to initiatives attracting, developing and retaining people
Requirements
What you’ll need- Proven HR generalist with significant employee relations experience, including managing complex cases and confidently advising managers on the practical application of UK employment law
- Confidence working across different countries and organisational contexts, applying sound judgement while recognising that local employment requirements may vary
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with confidence to influence and challenge constructively
- Experience managing HR projects or complex people issues from start to finish
- Collaborative, flexible mindset and genuine commitment to Mary’s Meals’ mission and values
- CV and short covering note required for application
