Requirements
What you’ll need- Must be enrolled in a degree program leading to a bachelor’s degree in building or construction related degree
- Legally eligible to work in the U.S.
- Prior internship experience in the architecture, construction or building industry (preferred)
- Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint (preferred)
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with excellent attention to detail (preferred)
- Ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment with multiple, competing priorities (preferred)
- Ability to deliver results with limited direction and guidance and on tight deadlines; a self-starter (preferred)
- Highly motivated and energetic (preferred)
- Strong work ethic and tenacity (preferred)
- Minimum 3.2 GPA (preferred)
