About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead delivery of complex, high-value client engagements across multiple workstreams
Serve as senior delivery lead for accounts, owning client satisfaction, commercial performance, delivery quality, and team development
Translate client objectives into structured, measurable programmes
Establish governance, delivery cadences, RAID management, and reporting
Manage timelines, dependencies, risks, quality, budgets, and overall programme health
Own account P&L, including budget forecasting, margin management, revenue recognition, and change requests
Act as primary delivery contact for clients and build relationships with senior stakeholders
Lead and coordinate globally distributed delivery teams
Coach and develop Project Managers and junior team members
Provide delivery input into RFPs, proposals, and pitches and identify account growth opportunities
Use AI tools, dashboards, and project data to improve reporting, efficiency, and decision-making
Continuously improve delivery processes, tools, governance, and ways of working
