About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Work as an independent finance consultant, providing financial consulting services to small and medium-sized businesses
Offer customized solutions and financial strategies to optimize business performance and results
Assess companies’ financial health by analyzing cash flow, trial balances, balance sheets, and financial statements (income statements/P&L)
Develop financial action plans focused on improving financial controls and increasing profitability
Provide ongoing, personalized consulting on financial planning, cost control, and working capital management
Support clients in securing financial resources by advising on credit, financing, and working capital options
Analyze the client’s situation and business environment using the SWOT Analysis tool
Develop work plans with clients using the 5W2H Action Plan methodology
Establish consulting objectives with clients using the SMART goals methodology
Track visits using Excel spreadsheets and Google Calendar

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, or a related field
At least 6 months of experience in financial consulting or hands-on experience managing business finances
Intermediate proficiency in Excel and financial management tools
Availability for occasional travel
Driver’s license: Category B
Technical knowledge of business financial management, including cash flow, balance sheet analysis, financial statements, and cost control
Knowledge of financial strategies for small and medium-sized businesses, with a focus on profitability and financial sustainability
Ability to conduct financial assessments to identify problems and opportunities
Knowledge of credit lines and financial products available to small and medium-sized businesses
Familiarity with financial planning tools and management software
Knowledge of tax planning, with an emphasis on cost optimization and tax reduction
Knowledge of the SWOT Analysis tool
Knowledge of developing action plans using the 5W2H methodology
Knowledge of the SMART goal-setting methodology
Ability to provide customized financial consulting
Ability to prepare detailed financial reports and present findings clearly and objectively
Identify and propose innovative financial solutions
Conduct financial management training sessions and workshops
Ability to help clients implement cash flow management, working capital optimization, and cost control strategies
