About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Design and develop new features and services for the logistics solutions platform
  • Maintain and optimize existing code, ensuring quality, efficiency, and scalability
  • Maintain and create unit and integration tests for new and existing code
  • Contribute to software architecture, ensuring quality, modularity, and best practices
  • Support the definition of engineering best practices, such as code reviews and architectural standards
  • Collaborate with the Product, Infrastructure, and UX/UI teams
  • Participate in the development of a new platform, including architecture and feature implementation
  • Maintain current systems, ensuring scalability, security, and stability
  • Work in a high-demand environment with performance and growth challenges

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • At least 3 years of experience in full-stack development using parts of the aforementioned stack or similar technologies
  • Advanced knowledge of software architecture and scalable system design
  • Experience implementing development best practices, including automated testing, version control, and CI/CD
  • Ability to design and model data in relational databases
  • Experience developing REST and GraphQL APIs
  • Ability to analyze and optimize application performance
  • Preferred: experience with Domain-Driven Design (DDD)
  • Preferred: application of Test-Driven Development (TDD)
  • Preferred: knowledge of Dual-Track Agile ceremonies and processes
  • Preferred: experience using and maintaining Feature Flags
  • Preferred: knowledge of microservices and event-driven architecture
  • Preferred: familiarity with DevOps practices and observability
  • Backend: Node.js (TypeScript, NestJS), Python (FastAPI, Flask)
  • Frontend: React (TypeScript)
