About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead the strategy, selection, implementation, and enhancement of ERP, PLM, and spend-management systems
  • Build data integrations across PLM, ERP, WIP and warehouse management, and supplier portal systems
  • Ensure high data fidelity and accuracy for BOMs, part numbers, vendor master files, and lead times
  • Develop automated workflows and dashboard reporting metrics for executive visibility into inventory, procurement spend, and pipeline bottlenecks
  • Partner with engineering to streamline Engineering Change Order release flows between PLM and ERP systems
  • Provide system administration, user training, access controls, and ongoing troubleshooting support for internal teams
  • Collaborate across IT, Hardware Engineering, Supply Chain, and Finance to enable real-time visibility across global operations
  • Architect, deploy, and optimize digital supply chain infrastructure

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 6+ years of experience administering or implementing supply chain systems (ERP, PLM, MRP, or WMS) in a hardware technology setting
  • Demonstrated expertise with NetSuite, SAPOne, Arena, Propel, Coupa, or similar platforms
  • Strong business systems analysis skills
  • Ability to translate operational workflows into scalable technical requirements
  • Ability to build customized AI tool is highly desirable
  • Excellent communication and change-management skills
  • Ability to train non-technical users on system capabilities
  • Ability to work in compliance with U.S. export control laws without obtaining a license from U.S. export control authorities
  • U.S. export-control eligibility requirements as specified in the application form
