About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Plan, install, and maintain servers, networks, and clients
- Support the protection of systems against cyberattacks
- Learn to work with Windows and Linux operating systems, as well as virtualization
- Provide technical support to users
- Solve complex IT problems logically
- Use virtualization technologies such as VMware, Hyper-V, and Docker containers
- Integrate Microsoft 365, Azure, or AWS into the company’s IT infrastructure
- Deploy firewalls and VPNs
- Implement backup and recovery strategies
- Encrypt emails and data packets
- Perform systematic fault diagnosis and troubleshooting
- Plan IT projects from the initial idea through to the completed solution
- Create documentation and user guides
Requirements
What you’ll need- Good secondary school diploma (Realschulabschluss)
- Good grades in German, mathematics, and English
- Technical aptitude
- Enjoy communicating with others
- Team-oriented, conscientious, and responsible approach to work
- German language skills at B2 level
- Valid residence permit
- No professional experience required
