About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support the Colorado HMA (Health Maintenance Activities) Review Program
- Manage inbound and outbound calls
- Respond to voicemails and emails
- Update documentation accurately and timely across multiple systems
- Manage assessments in Assessment Pro
- Manage referrals and assist with follow-up activities
- Complete data entry efficiently and accurately
- Research and resolve discrepancies with provider documents
- Review keyed information to verify data accuracy
- Monitor data and image quality of scanned documents
- Follow established policies and procedures for indexing and imaging
- Maintain confidentiality and security of relevant information
- Provide administrative and client-focused support
Requirements
What you’ll need- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required
- 0-2 years of relevant experience required
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a call center environment or in customer service
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Proficiency in computer skills, with the ability to navigate multiple systems and applications efficiently
- Strong ability to multitask and manage competing priorities effectively
- Reliable high-speed internet service
- Minimum 20 Mbps download speed/50 Mbps for shared internet connectivity
- Minimum 5 Mbps upload speed
- Private and secure workspace suitable for confidential work
- Preferred: Associate degree in Administration, Office Management, or Organizational Leadership
- Preferred: Experience in customer service or a related field
- Preferred: Minimum 1-2 years of scheduling experience
- Preferred: Proficiency in Smartsheet, Excel, and SharePoint
- Preferred: Prior experience handling inbound and outbound calls
- Preferred: Strong critical-thinking and problem-solving skills
- Preferred: Ability to remain adaptable and task-focused in a fast-paced environment
