About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support the Kansas Home and Community-Based Services (HCBS) Program
  • Schedule assessments and accommodations for the population served
  • Respond to phone and email inquiries within contractual turnaround times
  • Provide high-level customer support to internal and external customers
  • Perform data entry
  • Research and resolve discrepancies with provider documents
  • Review information keyed into the system to verify data accuracy
  • Monitor data/image quality of scanned documents
  • Follow established policies and procedures for indexing and imaging without deviation
  • Maintain confidentiality and security of relevant information

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required
  • 0–2 years of relevant experience required
  • 6 months to 1 year of experience coordinating and scheduling assessments, appointments, or other high-volume activities
  • 6 months to 1 year of experience in a clinical, customer service, or call center environment
  • Reliable high-speed internet service
  • Minimum 20 Mbps download speeds/50 Mbps for shared internet connectivity
  • Minimum 5 Mbps upload speeds
  • Private and secure workspace
