About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own the creator program, focusing on finding talent, structuring contracts and asks, and managing the roster
- Source creators through TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, creator marketplaces, referrals, outbound outreach, and inbound triage
- Maintain a bench of vetted, ready-to-brief creators
- Replace underperformers and expand work with creators whose videos perform well in paid media
- Negotiate and close creator deals within established guardrails
- Issue contracts and maintain consistent roster terms
- Translate briefs into clear creator-specific production asks and approval criteria
- Track payments, usage rights, and clearance periods
- Manage scheduling, deadlines, follow-ups, submissions, and revisions across the active roster
- Route submissions through review, deliver feedback, and file approved videos for paid media
- Maintain the creator pipeline tracker and provide weekly status updates
- Apply paid-media performance learnings to recruiting, retention, and future creator asks
- Deliver an initial target of 50+ ad-ready creator videos per month
- Report to the Creative Director and collaborate with paid media partners and medical/compliance reviewers
Requirements
What you’ll need- 8+ years running creator or UGC programs for a DTC brand, agency, or creator marketplace
- Brand-side experience preferred
- Experience sourcing and closing creators end to end
- Ability to recruit creators across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube, plus creator marketplaces
- Ability to vet creators for on-camera credibility, prior paid-social work, audience quality, and regulated health-category fit
- Comfortable negotiating rates, rights, deliverables, revision rounds, turnaround times, and Meta whitelisting/partnership-ad permissions
- Ability to manage contracts, payments, rights tracking, scheduling, deadlines, and creator follow-ups
- Fluent in what performs on Meta and TikTok
- Experience in health, wellness, or a similar regulated category is a plus
- Self-directed and able to run a part-time schedule independently
- Availability for a weekly sync
- Legally authorized to work in the country for which the role is posted
- Must not require visa sponsorship; Maximus cannot support visas or visa transfers
