Key responsibilities & impact

Coordinate in-house technical teams and a network of service providers responsible for installing and maintaining telematics equipment
Plan, assign, and monitor field technical activities
Ensure compliance with the company’s established quality, safety, and deadline standards
Monitor and analyze operational metrics, such as SLA, productivity, installation quality, and rework
Support internal departments with technical requests related to the company’s products and services
Participate in the validation of new technologies, equipment, and processes
Prepare and review technical procedures, manuals, and operational documentation

Requirements

What you’ll need

Technical or university degree in Electronics, Telecommunications, Automation, Mechatronics, Engineering, or a related field
Experience managing field technical teams
Knowledge of telematics, vehicle tracking, embedded electronics, or related areas
Experience with operational performance metrics
Willingness to travel
Class B driver’s license
Preferred: experience in technology, telematics, tracking, or IoT companies
Preferred: knowledge of service provider management
Preferred: experience delivering technical training and developing teams
Preferred: knowledge of quality processes and continuous improvement
