About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide support to the Test & Evaluation (T&E) Division in DHS FEMA
Manage workforce balance and workforce assignments supporting projects and test events
Lead staff meetings
Track personnel availability
Coordinate closely with Data Managers, analysts, cybersecurity personnel, test teams, and government stakeholders
Perform project management and program analysis functions
Establish and maintain a personnel tracker to ensure projects and test events have the right level of effort and skillsets
Communicate with the team, customer, and external parties including national labs, universities, and other FEMA entities
Demonstrate organizational skills and timely communication with company leadership

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 10 years experience
Experience with DHS Test and Evaluation support
Strong ability to coordinate across multiple technical and operational stakeholders
Experience leading technical teams, task assignments, or project execution activities
Must be a U.S. Citizen
Must have an active Secret clearance
Master's degree preferred
Experience with DHS CBRN Test and Evaluation preferred
Knowledge of scientific, laboratory, sensory/instrumentation, operational test support systems, and data collection architectures preferred
Familiarity with Agile development methodologies preferred
