Key responsibilities & impact

Create engaging print and digital designs and/or produce new deliverables based on existing client-approved designs
Translate complex scientific information into clear, compelling visuals
Utilize visual aids to enhance understanding and engagement
Revise, edit, and update design deliverables through completion
Collaborate with team members to understand business objectives, client needs, and messaging
Ensure consistency in brand and design elements across presentations
Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and incorporate them into work products
Work closely with the Education and Training team to bring established concepts and content to life through polished presentations
Incorporate feedback, follow client brand standards, and adapt as project needs evolve

What you’ll need

Associate’s degree (or equivalent) in fine art, graphic design or similar discipline or equivalent experience
5-7 years of professional experience in visual design
Experience in the training industry
Strong proficiency with design software such as Adobe Creative Cloud and Microsoft PowerPoint
Knowledge of Articulate Storyline and RISE is a plus
Desire to learn and apply new methods and tools
Solid knowledge of design trends and best practices
Solid creative vision with attention to business objectives
Understanding of color theory and layout principles
Excellent written and verbal communications skills
Strong project and time management skills
Very detailed oriented
Creative and innovative
Ability to adapt and pivot to changing project requirements and meet deadlines
Portfolio highlighting relevant presentation, learning, and life sciences design experience
Life sciences industry experience
