- Experience supporting testing and training
- Ability to capture business requirements, current-state process issues, future-state process needs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and configuration decisions
- Senior-level consultants expected to own defined workstreams with limited oversight
- Ability to guide junior resources where appropriate
