About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support a leading manufacturer's Direct Store Delivery (DSD) program in big box retail stores
Stock and replenish products following DSD deliveries
Rotate products to ensure freshness and quality
Build and maintain displays and promotional signage
Monitor inventory levels
Process damaged, expired, and unsaleable products
Ensure products are neatly arranged and ready for customers
Use smartphone apps to collect data, take photos, and complete reports
Represent MCA and the client professionally
Build positive relationships with store staff and management

Requirements

What you’ll need

Prior experience in retail, grocery, warehouse, or merchandising environments
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with clear productivity expectations
Physical ability to lift, bend, stretch, and stand for extended periods
Confident communication with store management, staff, and other vendors
Ability to work independently and manage daily priorities effectively
Professional appearance, attitude, and conduct
Ability to use smartphone apps and modern technology
Valid driver's license
Access to a reliable, insured vehicle
Steel toed shoes/boots required on site
Must reside in Edmonton, AB
Legally eligible to work in Canada
