About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Pick, pack, and stage customer orders accurately and on time
Use an RF scanner and vehicle-mounted computer to complete transactions
Operate industrial equipment including motorized pallet jacks, push-off machines, wrappers, pallet flippers, and pallet dispensers
Use a computerized inventory system
Document safety, quality, and performance standards
Perform general warehouse duties, including sanitation, required training, and audits
Attend team meetings, startup meetings, and special projects
Report to the Warehouse Team Manager

Requirements

What you’ll need

Strong work ethic
Solid technical skills
Logistics experience
Accurate clerical and numerical skills
Ability to read, interpret, and follow complex procedures
Ability to learn and operate motorized pallet jacks and battery charging systems
Ability to work in an environment where performance against specific standards is constantly measured
Effective communication skills
Ability to work overtime frequently or on short notice, including weekends and holidays
Ability to lift 50 pounds or more continuously
Ability to work in fluctuating temperatures inside and outside
Ability to execute the SAP inventory program using provided job aids
Ability to follow written and verbal directions
Basic PC experience
Regular onsite attendance required
Prior PIT experience, including motorized pallet jack, reach truck, sit-down forklift, and turbine truck, preferred
Understanding and execution of problem-solving skills; knowledge of Six Sigma preferred
Minimum 2 years of experience in order selection, warehousing, or inventory preferred
SAP knowledge preferred
High school diploma or equivalent, or relevant experience preferred
