About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Identify brand, shopper, and market trends
- Transform insights into actionable business recommendations
- Support go-to-market initiatives and evaluate in-store execution strategies
- Analyze sales and market data
- Provide shopper insight-driven recommendations for annual business plans using merchandising, assortment, pricing, and shelving (MAPS)
- Support customer and category projects
- Develop presentations and recommendations
- Leverage analytic tools to develop trade strategies and maximize performance metrics
- Collaborate with cross-functional Sales and Marketing teams
- Complete other assigned projects
Requirements
What you’ll need- Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program with a target graduation date between December 2027 and May 2028
- Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Analytics, or a related field
- Minimum overall GPA of 3.0 or higher
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong critical thinking skills, including filtering, prioritizing, analyzing, and validating complex information to develop strategies
- Ability to work independently, learn new tasks, solve problems, and demonstrate self-motivation and initiative
- Ability to prioritize and balance multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills
- Ability to communicate effectively, orally and in writing, at all levels of the organization and with external customers
- Ability to potentially travel overnight on a few occasions
- Candidates requiring visa sponsorship now or in the future will not be considered
