About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Enter and maintain accurate patient and program data in internal systems
  • Support patient enrollment, onboarding, and case updates
  • Manage inbound and outbound communications via phone, email, and fax
  • Verify patient and healthcare provider information for completeness and accuracy
  • Respond to routine inquiries from patients, providers, and stakeholders
  • Track and document program activities, including required safety and compliance records
  • Prioritize tasks and meet service-level timelines in a high-volume environment
  • Follow standard operating procedures, privacy, and compliance requirements
  • Assist with reporting, data validation, and administrative tasks
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless patient support delivery

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 0–1 year of experience in customer service, administration, or data entry
  • Strong data entry and computer skills (e.g., MS Office, CRM systems)
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to follow processes, procedures, and compliance guidelines
  • Bilingualism (French/English) is an asset
  • Experience in a call centre, healthcare, or patient support program (PSP) is preferred
  • Familiarity with medical terminology or a healthcare environment
  • Exposure to insurance, reimbursement, or patient assistance programs
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
  • Ability to work program hours of 8am to 8pm EST
