About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Act as the primary drug safety representative and contact for investigational sites
  • Support SCRI project teams for Investigator Initiated Trials and Research Collaboration Trials
  • Manage receipt, processing, and electronic filing of IND Safety Reports in alignment with SCRI policies and sponsor-designated distribution methods
  • Retrieve safety reports from sponsor/CRO portals or direct email
  • Upload safety reports into the electronic repository with required metadata
  • Support distribution of safety report metadata to investigators for review and acknowledgment via internal systems
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Associate's Degree or Bachelor Degree preferred; experience may be substituted for education
  • Work experience with all Microsoft Office products, including Excel, and varying software applications or databases
  • 2+ years of data entry experience in a hospital, medical office, or research environment preferred
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Ability to manage and prioritize assigned tasks appropriately
  • Ability to adhere to specific deadlines
  • This is a fully remote position in the US
  • Must be able to work without relocation assistance or visa sponsorship
