About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead the design, documentation, standardization, and optimization of operational processes supporting client data feeds and data products
  • Identify and implement opportunities to simplify workflows, eliminate manual effort, reduce operational risk, and improve scalability
  • Establish and maintain process governance, procedures, controls, and operational standards
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on service quality, efficiency, automation, and operational maturity
  • Lead organizational and process change management efforts and adoption of new processes, tools, and ways of working
  • Oversee day-to-day operations supporting client-facing data feeds and data products
  • Ensure operational activities meet service commitments, delivery schedules, and business expectations
  • Manage operational issue resolution, escalations, root cause analysis, and corrective action planning
  • Develop and monitor operational performance metrics and service measures
  • Partner with business, product, engineering, and client-facing teams on operational readiness and execution
  • Establish and enhance quality processes through automated validations, reconciliation controls, monitoring, and exception management
  • Lead the transition from manual quality reviews to scalable, automated quality controls and exception-based processing
  • Define operational quality standards and ensure outputs meet accuracy, completeness, and reliability expectations
  • Implement monitoring, alerting, and quality reporting processes
  • Lead and develop a team of operational and process management professionals
  • Coach and mentor team members and define team priorities, goals, and development plans
  • Foster collaboration across technology, product, analytics, and business stakeholders

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Degree or equivalent experience
  • Typically 9+ years of relevant experience leading operational, process management, data operations, or service delivery functions
  • Experience managing client-facing operational processes and service commitments
  • Success leading operational transformation initiatives, including process redesign, automation adoption, standardization, and quality improvement
  • Experience implementing quality controls, monitoring, automation, and operational governance practices
  • Proven leadership experience managing teams and driving organizational change
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Experience supporting data products, data feeds, operational data services, or client-facing data operations
  • Experience building automated operational controls and quality validation frameworks
  • Experience working within cloud-based data and analytics environments
  • Knowledge of process improvement methodologies and operational excellence practices
  • Experience managing cross-functional initiatives involving business and technology teams
  • Must be currently authorized to work in the United States full-time without employer support or sponsorship now or in the future
