About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead the strategy, roadmap, support, and optimization of Radiation Oncology applications, including MOSAIQ, ARIA, and Eclipse
- Manage application lifecycle activities including implementation, upgrades, configuration, maintenance, and performance improvement
- Partner with clinical, operational, and technology teams to translate business requirements into scalable application solutions
- Ensure application availability, reliability, security, and compliance within a regulated healthcare environment
- Oversee production support, incident management, problem resolution, and service improvement initiatives
- Provide leadership for application delivery teams, vendors, and external partners
- Drive continuous improvement through operational metrics, governance standards, and best practices
- Communicate platform performance, risks, and strategic recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders
- May require periodic travel for business meetings, technology planning sessions, implementation activities, or vendor engagements
Requirements
What you’ll need- 7+ years of experience supporting, administering, implementing, or managing enterprise healthcare applications, clinical systems, or healthcare technology platforms
- Hands-on experience with Radiation Oncology applications including MOSAIQ, ARIA, and/or Eclipse
- Experience configuring, building, maintaining, and supporting application environments in a healthcare setting
- Knowledge of Windows Server, Microsoft SQL Server, and Citrix infrastructure
- Experience leading application support, implementation, upgrade, or operational delivery initiatives
- Experience working with business stakeholders, clinical users, vendors, and technology teams
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Healthcare Informatics, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Experience supporting Radiation Oncology clinical workflows and oncology care delivery operations
- Knowledge of healthcare application integration, interfaces, and interoperability standards
- Experience with IT Service Management (ITSM), change management, and governance processes
- Familiarity with cloud technologies, automation, observability, and platform modernization initiatives
- Experience managing third-party vendors and technology partners
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic planning capabilities
- Experience leading distributed or cross-functional technology teams
- Healthcare industry certifications or relevant application certifications
