About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead complex, cross-functional transformation programs aligned with corporate strategy, business priorities, and value realization targets
  • Establish and refine portfolio management processes for initiative prioritization, resource allocation, and performance tracking
  • Provide leadership and transformation support using waterfall and agile methodologies
  • Evaluate, implement, and optimize program and portfolio management tools
  • Develop dashboards and reporting frameworks covering program health, portfolio performance, and strategic alignment
  • Deliver insights to senior leadership and governance boards
  • Partner with executive sponsors, functional leaders, and transformation teams to define objectives and manage interdependencies
  • Lead change management communications, training, and engagement strategies
  • Identify portfolio risks and issues, develop mitigation strategies, and escalate critical items
  • Identify process improvements and opportunities to accelerate transformation outcomes
  • Provide financial management for the Office of the CIO
  • Manage licensing and vendors for portfolio and program management tools and resources
  • Build, maintain, and recruit high-performing teams; coach and develop talent

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field; MBA
  • Demonstrated experience with bi-modal delivery
  • Minimum 12 years of experience in program or portfolio management, with a focus on enterprise transformation
  • Demonstrated success leading strategic initiatives in a matrixed, fast-paced environment
  • Expertise in large portfolio governance, reporting, and tool optimization, including Smartsheet, Jira, and Looker
  • Proficiency establishing processes and lightweight governance for business agility
  • Successful enterprise-level delivery and execution across diverse methodologies
  • Transformation experience across Portfolio, Program, and Finance practices
  • Exceptional communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills
  • Familiarity with Agile, Lean, and waterfall methodologies
  • PMP certification required
  • SAFe RTE 5.0 or higher certification required
  • SPC 5.0 or higher certification required
