About the role

Review and analyze mortgage surveys for compliance with legal and industry standards
Verify accuracy and completeness of survey data, including boundaries and dimensions
Identify errors or inconsistencies and recommend corrective actions
Communicate with field crews, drafters, and stakeholders to clarify information and resolve discrepancies
Prepare final reports summarizing survey findings and conclusions

Requirements

What you’ll need

Indiana Licensed Surveyor
Ability to obtain licensure in Ohio within 6 months
Bachelor's degree in land surveying, geomatics, or related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in land surveying
At least 2 years of experience in mortgage survey review and analysis
Proficiency with modern surveying tools and software, including AutoCAD, GPS, and Total Stations
Strong understanding of land surveying principles, boundary law, and construction layout
Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently
