About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Facilitate agile ceremonies including planning, stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives, and backlog refinement
Act as the company-wide point of reference for agile methodology
Establish a consistent way of working while allowing teams appropriate flexibility
Extend agile practices beyond engineering into product, marketing, and other business functions
Partner with business functions to translate priorities into deliverable work
Manage timeline expectations and provide stakeholders with visibility into progress
Connect execution to company OKRs and surface misalignment early
Coach teams, Product Managers, Engineering Leads, and business stakeholders on agile principles
Identify, track, remove, and escalate organisational impediments through resolution
Measure delivery using flow metrics including velocity, cycle time, throughput, and predictability
Document and standardise processes
Onboard new joiners into the company’s ways of working
Evolve practices as team count and organisational complexity grow
Support delivery of Sphere, MDOTM’s proprietary AI-driven investment platform

Requirements

What you’ll need

2–3 years of experience as an Agile Delivery Manager, Agile Coach, or Scrum Master
At least one year of hands-on agile implementation
Solid command of Agile methodologies
Ability to work across technical and non-technical audiences
Experience working with OKRs or a comparable goal-setting framework
Hands-on familiarity with Jira (boards, workflows, reporting) and Confluence
Experience supporting teams through growth or organisational change in a scale-up or fast-moving environment
Fluent written and spoken English
Ability to communicate confidently with senior external stakeholders
Relevant certifications (PSM I/II, CSM, SAFe, ICAgile) are a bonus
Experience introducing or refining agile practices in a team that had none is a bonus
Exposure to scaling frameworks (SAFe, LeSS, Nexus) in a multi-team setting is a bonus
Background in fintech, asset management, or another regulated environment is a bonus
