About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Participate as part of the Day of Evaluation Team at clinic sites within the assigned territory
- Engage with physicians and applicants throughout medical evaluations
- Provide customer service and physician support before, during, and after examinations
- Arrive prepared for scheduled shifts and ensure clinics are open, clean, and ready
- Welcome applicants, verify identities, and direct them to the correct location
- Greet physicians and ensure they have required MDpanel resources
- Ensure forms and patient/applicant intake are completed before evaluations
- Support physicians with taking vitals and measurements such as blood pressure, weight, and height
- Manage the daily schedule, including adjustments for no-shows and late arrivals
- Maintain front-desk cleanliness, organization, and supply levels; order needed supplies
- Prepare clinic rooms before and after evaluations
- Perform filing, copying, and data-entry tasks
- Complete, scan, and upload all forms on the evaluation day
- Maintain physician and applicant satisfaction through positive interactions
- Adhere to company policies and procedures
- Close and secure the clinic at the end of the evaluation day
- Participate in quality-improvement efforts
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience or front or back office healthcare administration required
- Knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology is a plus
- Excellent time management and ability to multitask
- Excellent customer service skills
- Experience monitoring and recording patient vitals is a plus
- Experience with intake assessments and managing new examinee forms
- Strong attention to detail and ability to problem solve and think critically
- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Professional demeanor with strong customer service attitude
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, Zoom, Teams, Google Meets, and Salesforce is preferred
- Must be reliable and arrive on time at clinical facilities
- Valid work authorization for the country in which applying; sponsorship is unavailable
- Must be available for schedules covering any day of the week, Monday through Sunday
- Offices may be located up to 2 hours from the employee's home address
- MDpanel-approved scrubs required
