About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide operational and administrative support for processes by entering, updating, and organizing the information required to create occupational health documents and records.
- Prepare and organize documents related to the Occupational Medical Control Program (PCMSO) based on information recorded in the system and biological monitoring reports, ensuring accurate document issuance and forwarding to clients for the continuation of occupational examination processes.
- Support the preparation of occupational health analytical reports by consolidating information on examinations conducted during the PCMSO validity period, including CAT records, identified changes, and other information required for analysis and monitoring.
- Record and apply occupational examinations in internal systems (SOC), configuring and updating the information required to generate examination orders, biological monitoring reports, and analytical reports.
- Handle and respond to department inquiries by email and telephone, supporting internal and external clients, clarifying operational questions, and directing requests to the appropriate departments when necessary.
- Perform other professional activities related to and inherent to the position, as required by the department's needs and/or demands, through training, professional development, and guidance from the immediate supervisor, in order to support continuous professional growth.
Requirements
What you’ll need- High school diploma.
- Currently pursuing a higher education degree is preferred (Business Administration, Foreign Trade, Production Engineering, and/or Logistics).
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Experience in administrative functions, preferably in occupational health.
- Knowledge of the Occupational Medical Control Program (PCMSO) and occupational examinations.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, resilience, organization, flexibility, and commitment.
