About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Schedule pre-employment, periodic, return-to-work, occupational risk change, and exit medical examinations
- Collect and verify employees’ personal and occupational information for submission to accredited clinics and to meet legal deadlines
- Track the expiration dates of periodic examinations and legally required programs using spreadsheets, the SOC system, and deadline alerts
- Update clients’ databases in the SOC system by importing, checking, and consolidating spreadsheets
- Liaise with the accredited provider network to schedule examinations, monitor confirmations, receive digital medical records, and deliver Occupational Health Certificates (ASOs)
- Support the organization of technical visits with clients
- Monitor the flow of medical certificates and leave of absence records, registering certificates in the system and liaising with the occupational physician
- Support periodic meetings with client companies by preparing agendas, reports, and supporting materials
- Support the resolution of client companies’ outstanding issues in coordination with internal departments
- Perform related professional activities as required by the department, training, and management guidance
Requirements
What you’ll need- High school diploma
- Experience in administrative routines, preferably in occupational health
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to serve internal and external clients clearly and courteously
- Organization, a strong sense of responsibility, and attention to detail
- Knowledge of occupational health management systems, such as SOC, is preferred
