About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Schedule pre-employment, periodic, return-to-work, occupational risk change, and termination occupational health examinations
  • Track expiration dates for periodic examinations and legally required programs using spreadsheets, the SOC system, and deadline alerts
  • Update client databases in the SOC system by importing, reviewing, and consolidating spreadsheets
  • Liaise with the accredited provider network to schedule appointments, confirm attendance, and receive digital medical records
  • Ensure that Occupational Health Certificates (ASOs) are delivered within the defined deadlines
  • Support the organization of technical visits with clients
  • Manage the flow of medical certificates and absences, including receipt, review, and system registration
  • Liaise with the occupational physician to provide guidance to clients and monitor cases
  • Support periodic meetings with client companies by preparing agendas, reports, and supporting materials
  • Support the resolution of client-company outstanding items in coordination with internal departments
  • Perform other related activities as required by the department and directed by management

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High school diploma
  • Experience in administrative routines, preferably in occupational health
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to assist internal and external clients clearly and courteously
  • Organization, strong sense of responsibility, and attention to detail
  • Knowledge of occupational health management systems, such as SOC, is desirable
