About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Schedule pre-employment, periodic, return-to-work, occupational risk change, and termination occupational health examinations
- Collect and verify employees’ personal, employment, and occupational health information
- Track expiration dates for periodic examinations and legally required programs using spreadsheets, the SOC system, and deadline alerts
- Update client databases in the SOC system by importing, reviewing, and consolidating spreadsheets
- Liaise with the accredited provider network to schedule examinations, confirm attendance, and receive digital medical records
- Support the organization of technical visits with clients
- Manage the flow of medical certificates and leaves of absence, registering certificates in the system and liaising with the occupational physician
- Support periodic meetings with client companies by preparing agendas, reports, and supporting materials
- Support the resolution of client company outstanding issues in coordination with internal departments
- Perform related professional activities as required by the department and as directed by the immediate supervisor
Requirements
What you’ll need- High school diploma
- Experience in administrative processes, preferably in occupational health
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to assist internal and external clients clearly and courteously
- Organization, accountability, and attention to detail
- Knowledge of occupational health management systems, such as SOC, is a plus
