About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage a portfolio of moderately complex clients through in-person, telephone, and/or digital channels
  • Address questions and provide information about coverage for insured and/or non-insured benefits
  • Support reimbursement requests and/or estimates, ensuring the effective reimbursement of expenses incurred outside the accredited provider network
  • Conduct market research, gathering data and information for quotation forms and identifying the best conditions for the client within the renewal period
  • Prepare reports and/or presentations with loss ratio indicators and quantitative and qualitative analyses
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, procedures, and workflows
  • Perform related activities as needed by the department, including training, professional development, and guidance from the immediate manager

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, or a related field
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Experience in the insurance industry with health and dental products, plus knowledge of current ANS regulations
