About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Handle highly complex processes for new business and/or renewal of corporate risks insurance
  • Prepare technical and commercial proposals for highly complex insurance programs by collecting and analyzing data and information
  • Provide specialized technical support to clients in person, by telephone, and through digital tools
  • Inspect risk locations, either independently or accompanied by insurers’ inspectors
  • Provide technical support throughout claims processes and prepare technical opinions
  • Conduct training sessions and presentations on property and casualty insurance
  • Obtain quotes for new insurance policies, renewals, and endorsements from insurers
  • Support the training and guidance of other team members
  • Perform related activities as required by the department

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, Engineering, or a related field
  • Postgraduate degree in Project Management is desirable
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Knowledge of Property, Liability, Infrastructure, Fleet, Financial Lines, Marine, Aviation, and/or Transportation insurance
  • Experience in insurance, including risk placement, new business, and/or policy renewals
  • Customer focus, professionalism, collaboration, innovation, analytical skills, organization, planning, business acumen, and technical leadership
