About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage all operations related to changes to insured and/or non-insured benefits, including enrollments, terminations, changes, upgrades, and/or extension plans, using the portals and/or systems of providers and/or insurers
  • Download billing packages using provider and/or insurer portals and systems, ensuring they are organized and securely sent to clients
  • Review invoices and verify the data and information contained in billing package files
  • Review received documents, identifying contradictory data, omissions, errors, incorrect numbers or documents, and outdated information
  • Maintain records of all changes processed
  • Provide personalized customer service to clarify questions and provide information about billing and/or cost allocation
  • Review dependents who reach the maximum eligible age and process terminations due to age limits
  • Identify opportunities for improvement and suggest actions to support the continuous improvement of operational performance
  • Perform related professional activities as required by the department, with training, professional qualifications, and guidance from the immediate supervisor

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, or a related field
  • Basic knowledge of Excel
  • Experience in insurance, with operational processes for health, dental, and life insurance products
  • Customer focus, professionalism, collaboration, innovation, organization, analytical skills, and resilience
