About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage all operations involving enrollments and changes to insured and/or non-insured benefits (additions, removals, changes, upgrades, and/or extension plans) through the portals and/or systems of healthcare providers and/or insurers
- Download billing packages from the portals and/or systems of healthcare providers and/or insurers and send them to clients in an organized and secure manner
- Review invoices and data contained in billing package files
- Review received documents, identifying contradictory data, omissions, errors, incorrect numbers or documents, and outdated information
- Maintain records of all processed changes and transactions
- Provide personalized customer service and clarify questions regarding billing and/or cost allocation
- Review dependents who reach the age of majority and process removals in accordance with the applicable age limit
- Identify opportunities for improvement and suggest initiatives for the continuous improvement of operational performance
- Perform related professional activities as required by the department
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, or a related field
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Experience in the insurance industry, with operational processes for health, dental, and life insurance products
- Customer focus, professionalism, collaboration, innovation, organization, analytical skills, and resilience
