About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Execute low-complexity operational processes for insurable and/or non-insurable benefits
  • Process changes to insurable and/or non-insurable benefits, including enrollments, cancellations, modifications, upgrades, and/or extension plans, using operator and/or insurer portals and systems
  • Download the billing package and send it to clients in an organized and secure manner
  • Review invoices and data included in the Billing Package files
  • Review received documents, identifying inconsistencies, omissions, errors, incorrect numbers or documents, and outdated information
  • Update records of processed changes
  • Provide personalized customer service and answer questions regarding billing and/or cost allocation
  • Review dependents who reach the age of majority and process cancellations due to age-limit eligibility rules
  • Identify improvement opportunities and suggest actions for the continuous improvement of operational performance
  • Perform related activities as required by the department

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, or a related field
  • Basic knowledge of Excel
  • Experience in the insurance industry, with operational processes for health, dental, and life insurance products
  • Customer focus, professionalism, collaboration, innovation, organization, analytical skills, and resilience
