About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Download and process electronic files provided by insurers or vendors to access billing data and support the invoice review and cost allocation processes.
  • Review invoices by conducting detailed checks of billed amounts, coverage, and enrollment changes to ensure accurate postings and prevent financial discrepancies or improper charges.
  • Allocate invoices by distributing amounts among cost centers, business units, or client companies to accurately reflect benefit costs in accounting and ensure precise financial recharges.
  • Perform other related duties inherent to the position, as required by the department, through training, professional development, and guidance from the immediate supervisor, ensuring continuous professional growth.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, or a related field.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
  • Experience in the insurance industry, working with operational processes for health, dental, and life insurance products.
  • Customer focus, professionalism, collaboration, innovation, organization, analytical skills, and resilience.
